Speaking to IQNA, Gholam Ali Haddad Adel said this rage is different from operational action, which is what Muslim countries’ governments should take.
The governments of Islamic countries must have unity in confronting the Tel Aviv regime’s atrocities, he underlined.
He said what the Israeli regime is doing in the Gaza Strip is a grave crime against humanity and it is pursuing a genocide in the coastal enclave.
Unfortunately, though, international institutions have remained fully silent, turning a blind eye to the massacres, Haddad Adel deplored.
His remarks came as the Israeli regime’s airstrikes on Gaza have claimed the lives of over 5,300 Palestinians, including 2,055 children and 1,119 women, with more than 15,000 people injured.
The attacks follow a surprise operation dubbed Al-Aqsa Flood Operation launched by the Palestinian resistance group Hamas against Israel on October 7.
Hamas said the operation was carried out in response to the occupation regime’s atrocities in occupied territories and its violations of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
